Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your CuffedUp order, so if for any reason you need to make a return, you can do so for 14 days after receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the packaging cannot have excess damage or scratches.

Please note we accept returns for up to 14 days after receipt of your order. We, unfortunately, do not reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping. Your refund will be the amount you paid less the shipping cost and return cost, and any additional processing or restocking fees incurred.

There are no color substitutions, if you feel that you have ordered the wrong color please cancel your order at and reorder.

To make your return, email us at using the subject line “Return Processing”. Please include your order number.  Please include a quick note telling us the reason for your return. We will send you a return label for you to ship your product back to us at the address below:

CuffedUp is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and we recommend you insure all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at using the subject line “Exchange Item.”

Shipping Returns or Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
